TASTING MENU

Farm-to-table tasting menus curated based on what’s growing in the area. Menu will be created a week before the event. Clients will have a hand on the creative process by sending food preferences, but the chef will be the main curator and will work with farmers to supply tasty in-season produce and butchers to provide local meat.

INCLUSIONS

  • The courses usually will consist of a starter course, appetizer, main, palate cleanser and dessert but you can add or subtract based on what you like.

  • Lamisa has formed great relationships with local farmers, butchers and other food makers and will use them as a source for this service.

  • The best way to host is when you’re worry free. Leave it to the Lamisa team to set up, cook, serve and clean up.
